At Stick The Vibe, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, wrong size, or color. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
As returns are not accepted, refunds will only be issued in the following situations:
Damaged or defective products – If your item arrives with defects or damage, we will offer a full refund or replacement after verifying the issue.
Incorrect items shipped – If we sent you the wrong product, we will correct the mistake at no extra cost to you.
To request a refund under the above special conditions:
Contact our customer support (support@stickthevibe.com or via Contact Us page) within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, photos of the product / packaging, and description of the issue.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
Exchanges or replacements are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
If your request is approved:
Replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days from approval.
The exchanged/replaced product will be delivered within 7–10 business days from approval.
Exchanges/replacements are always subject to product availability.
Additional Notes
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases where the error was ours (wrong product shipped or damage during transit caused by our negligence).
Please check product details (size, color, design) carefully before placing your order.
In rare cases, slight variances in design, color, or printing may happen due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances. These are not considered defects.
