Shipping Policy

  • All confirmed orders will be processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery is usually completed within 5–7 business days after dispatch, subject to courier partner timelines and serviceability of your location.

  • Customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once the order has been shipped.

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you.

If they are unable to deliver the product, then a refund shall be credited to your Stick the Vibe wallet or the source account via which the payment was made. The store credit can be redeemed the next time you place an order with us.
